Tele-therapy & Professional Services
Dr. Harrington offers an array of virtual professional services. Evidenced - based psychotherapies consist of: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. Harrington collaboratively develops individualized treatment plans with patients that target specific needs and areas for improved functioning. It is not uncommon for her to integrate elements of and interventions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in her work with patients.
Executive behavioral health start-up advising and consultative services are available to parents, teachers, licensed colleagues and other industry professionals looking for ongoing guidance and support. Key areas of executive advising focus on clinical and operational strategy, marketing, hiring, clinical quality and more. Areas of consultative focus include but are not limited to, managing challenging parent-child dynamics, complex classroom behaviors, or at-risk clinical cases. Clinical supervision is also available to psychology interns working towards their masters or doctoral degrees. Additional services include corporate trainings and workshops upon request.
Founded in 2018 by licensed psychologist, Antoinette Harrington, PsyD, The Center for Integrated Psychology, LLC has provided top-tier evidenced based mental health care to the Midcoast Maine and New Hampshire regions. The Center was originally founded as a multidisciplinary group outpatient behavioral health practice. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic Dr. Harrington closed the Center's physical practice location in downtown Brunswick and recently re-opened for virtual-only care. Dr. Harrington's mission has always been to increase access to high quality therapeutic and psychological services that are developmentally sensitive, evidence-based and confidential within a safe, trusting environment. Now, under PsyPact Dr. Harrington has been granted Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) by the PSYPACT Commission and can extend her clinical reach to provide much needed behavioral health care via teletherapy to patients within the compact states.
Virtually located in Cumberland County, Dr. Harrington welcomes patients from the local community, as well as, invites neighbors in New Hampshire and beyond to benefit from evidenced based telehealth under PsyPact. Dr. Harrington supports children, teens, adults and families dealing with a variety of social- emotional mental health issues, including patients with multiple diagnoses.
