Rates & Professional Fees

PROFESSIONAL RATES

Individual Diagnostic Intake: $200
Couples Diagnostic Intake: $225
Individual therapy session: $160
Couples therapy session: $180

Additional non- clinical services are billed at the rate of $60 per quarter hour and include but are not limited to the following: School Consultation and IEP/504 "Diagnostic Letters of Support",Telephone consultation (with patient, family members or other providers) including emergency calls.The writing of letters at patient request to various persons or agencies or case management (e.g., calling treatment facilities or schools to obtain information or arrange referral, and contacts with social service agencies (DCYF), etc.)

EMERGENCY CRISIS appointments or telephone contact is billed at the rate of $300 per hour.

 

FORENSIC SERVICES are billed at the rate of $350/hr and include the following: Subpoenas, court testimony, preparation of testimony for court, letters and/or telephone consultation to lawyers, judges, probation officers, etc.

PAYMENT METHODS

The Center for Integrated Psychology does not accept insurance. Dr. Harrington is out -of -network with most payers.

An itemized statement or  "Super Bill" is available upon request to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Forms of payment accepted: All major credit cards, debit cards and HSA  ( Health Savings Account) cards accepted, as well as, Auto-Pay. 

PAYMENT is due at the time of visit, unless we agree otherwise. In circumstances of unusual financial hardship, we can negotiate a fee adjustment or payment installment plan.

LATE CANCELLATION & No-Show Fees

Kindly give at least 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid charges for reserved time. Your time is reserved just for you and cannot be rescheduled without sufficient notice. Therefore, missed appointments or those canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed to your account. Standard fees range from $80 to $100 for missed or canceled appointments. Payment of such fees is required at or before your next appointment. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for extraordinary circumstances that prevent sufficient cancellation notice.
